The attorneys at Garcia & Ramirez, P.C., in San Antonio and Harlingen, Texas have successfully represented clients throughout the United States before the Immigration Court, also known as the Executive Office of Immigration

Review. This representation includes helping aliens obtain their release from immigration custody as well as assisting aliens in avoiding possible deportation from the United States by helping these aliens attain lawful permanent residency (their green card), and applying for pardons or waivers, and other forms of relief from removal before the immigration court.
